1. How can I be sure the part will fit my excavator ?
Please provide us correct model number /machine serial number /any numbers on the parts itself .Or measure the parts provide us dimensions or drawings.
2. What material do you use on hydraulic cylinder?
We use high-frequency quenching 40cr Hard steel as rod material, so the cylinder rod has better bending resistance; No. 25 manganese steel as pipe material,so the tube has better wear resistance; high-strength hardened steel as the rod head and tube head, making the cylinder head and rod head more durable; and a name-brand sealing kit to reduce the oil leakage rate of the hydraulic cylinder.
3. How about the lead time?
For some commonly used models of excavator hydraulic cylinder , we can arrange delivery within about 7 days..If you order a 20GP container of excavator hydraulic cylinders, the delivery time is about 15-20 days.If it is peak sales season, production time may be extended. If your order is urgent, please negotiate with our staff.
4. For payment
Full payment is required for a single order less than 3000USD; If the value of a single order exceeds USD3000, 30% advance payment is supported, and the remaining 70% payment is paid before delivery.
For customized products, need to pay 70% deposit, non-product quality problems, do not accept refund. Otherwise the deposit will not be refunded.
5. For transportation
If you have a agent ,we will cooperate with your agent to arrange delivery . If not , we have good relationships with shipping companies, express suppliers. For small goods ,by UPS/DHL/TNT/FEDEX(DAP,DDP...ect) ; For heavy goods ,by sea(FOB,CIF,CFR,DDP...ect).
